Shipping

If the item is in stock it will be dispatched the following day via a reputable courier service and will require a signature.

If the item is custom manufactured in house, we inform you via email or phone of the estimated delivery date.

Most shipping costs are absorbed into the price of our printed décor and wall art. However, with our bespoke furniture and lighting, the costs will be calculated on completion.

Kindly inspect your packaging at receipt for signs of damage as this is likely a shipping agent issue we will try to investigate and resolve on your behalf.


Returns

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by customer negligence after the item has been unpackaged.

If you are generally unsatisfied by the product, please return it to us undamaged and unused within 14days, for a full refund.
